Plenty of friends have said selling their home was a time of stress. Our sale with Caine was as stress free as I could possibly have hoped for. 

The property sold quickly, with very few disruptions to our normal routine. We were more than happy with the price that was achieved, and a longer than normal settlement period was negotiated to suit our circumstances.

After everything was signed and finalised, Caine even organised early release of the deposit for us.

My husband and I had a bad experience with another local Real Estate Agency here in Ballarat. Our good friend and accountant recommended Damian Caine from Caine Real Estate to us. My husband met with him first and was so immediately impressed with his passion and Real Estate knowledge and experience that he signed up with him in their first meeting.
