I must admit real estate agents were never my favorite people and I am sure many people share my sentiment whichever side of the equation they may be.

When I first put in the offer for my first house, I was quite unprepared for what came after you had found the house you were happy with. Pest inspections!! Building inspections !! Settlement dates all do not fill me with much joy. I was quite prepared to go have a pretty normal ( by that I mean ---- not a very pleasant experience with Caine real estate and Adele)...... An I am very happy to say I was quite wrong.

When Adele first said, we are here to take care of you too.... I was incredulous, as I never expected a real estate agent to even say that to a buyer , let alone mean it.

And i must admit  to putting Caine real estate and Adele through the paces of looking out for me .......to  repeatedly accommodating me when I wanted to keep inspecting the house after I put in the offer, to not putting too hard a sell when it came to bidding for the house,  to coming through with sorting out things in my new home that needed to be ( even after the settlement date ) , I was always so happily surprised by the sincerity of the help I was extended.
